Corn on the Cob with Parsley

Makes 2-4 Servings

  1. Combine in Medium Zip’n Steam™ bag:

2 ears of fresh sweetcorn
½ Tablespoon butter
OR:
Combine in Large Zip’n Steam™ bag:
4 ears of fresh sweetcorn
1 Tablespoon butter

  1. Seal bag and place in microwave.
  2. Cook on full power for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow bag to stand 1 minute before opening. Gently shake bag to evenly distribute butter. Carefully open bag and remove corn.
  4. Sprinkle chopped parsley for garnish. Salt to taste.
