Ingredients:
- 85g (3oz) milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup raisins
- 4tsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 4 medium Granny Smith apples (or other baking apple), cored and sliced into ½ inch wedges (peel if preferred)
- Combine all ingredients in a Medium or Large Zip’n Steam™ bag
- Seal bag and shake to mix ingredients. Place bag in microwave.
- Cook on full power 2 - 3 minutes or until apples have softened.
- Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling. Gently shake and squeeze bag to combine the meltedchocolate and warm cream to smooth sauce.
- Open bag and allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Drizzle with additional melted chocolate, if desired.
